With over 300,000,000 people to conquer, there is a great deal of diversity. Fear will overcome some. Most will brush fear aside and take the path of prudence, wisdom, caution, and forthrightness. Various paths will lead to the same destination as we emerge stronger than ever.

That's what the fear peddlers are hoping for.

“I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path. Where the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.”

You know what spreads faster than any virus, is fear
And when it comes to fear you can either;

Forget Everything And Run
        or you can
Face Everything And Rise

I believe that we will win.

NO!  The American Dream lives on!

Only for those who succumb to Fear.  

Stop waiting for it to be over.

This is your life, right here, right now.

Dig into it and find little and big ways to love the journey.

Not here.  I don't succumb to messages of mass hysteria.  I live in the real world.  Sometimes bad things happen.  Doesn't have to be the end of the world.

No. Americans are resilient. And most of us are not afraid. But I'll tell you who should be afraid. China leadership and Congress. Be very afraid.

Many prospective home buyers will be facing issues with debt, credit and income. The Dream will survive.

What's Fear?  

Talk to any war hero who experienced deadly firefights and they will tell you that those who claim they were not afraid are liars. There is nothing wrong with fear, it motivates us to overcome the danger in front of us. Without fear we put our hand in the fire. Fear motivates us to put out the fire. If you are fearless you are either lying to yourself or foolish.

Well I am afraid - when I have to stand outside in a long line for 15-30 minutes just to enter a  food store -  when I am told Buying Cigarettes are more essential than buying houses your darn right I am scared  I can smell FEAR with so many out of work 

FEAR will slow it down but not stop it. Like a clog in a pipe, it is temporary!

It won't stop it probably slow it a bit. As with everyone's dream.

For some it already has - way before COVID-19 came on the scene. Many many folks are willing to give up Freedom and Liberties for Security.

For others.....never.

Freedom is not something that is won/obtained and forever after enjoyed. Freedom requires a constant willingness to fight and stand up against those that want to take it away (for your own good).

No. . .  everyone needs a place to live . . . .If your clients can see the advantages of investing in their own home and not living pay check to pay check they will be able to make their home investment work for them.    but on the other hand landlords love renters. . . they make your monthly payments for your as long as you plan ahead and check your investment numbers -- another American dream

For many, it will. But, for those with an idea and the desire, the American Dream will live on. 

Yes, for some because they blindly following the MSM who create mass hysteria rather than depending on reliable sources for information like the CDC. Not me, I choose to be level-headed.

For some.

It is for those letting fear control their lives. Even worse now you are seeing those that fear the most trying to control other peoples lives

The message should be:

It's OUR TIME to MAKE the FUTURE.

If the consumers of toxic messages will resonate with the reality, 'IT's THEIR CHOICE."

Challenges are part of life. Determination and creative spirit are the grit that creates the second, third, however many winds you need to dig deeper to come out of any life setback stronger. Families become closer, this is a wake up call for many just drifting. Planning for setbacks makes it easier than caught by surprise and unprepared Michael J. Perry . Fear is prevalent in our history.

When the CDC was first reporting scary numbers and the media was pounding them into our heads 24/7, yes it was scary the unknown. Now that we know the real numbers it's not so daunting. I am ready to get back to work, been surfing and working in my garden. No Fear!
