I put a virtual tour on all my mls listings anyway. All my listings are sold so nothiing to show right now. Just got a couple of new REO listings, but they have to be appraised first. 

If video is not part of your marketing, wake-up!

People can ask(encourage) lots of things.  Personal responsibility(and dare I mention common sense?) is often elusive.  

Our brokerage owns 2 Matterport cameras and we have been busy filming all our listings - even those we normally would not.  A great way to virtually tour a home.

I have not yet bt there are plenty of them happening. I look forward to learning more about the best strategies.

I've had just poor results from OHs that I do not host them any longer. I am not sure how it would go virtually either. How would everyone rummage through drawers to get their pills from the OH...

ONLY homeowners can. We are breaking the shelter in place law if we 're anywhere but home, hospital, grocery store, essential work or outdoors and isolated.

I was asked to conduct an open house today and I said no. Let's wait until things get back to normal. Or the new normal, whatever that looks like.

Shoot, edit, render, upload video. Problem solved and agents, buyers, the sellers all see them in the privacy of their corner of the World around the clock Ginger Harper ? Safe, sanitary, nothing to wipe down for seller. Everyone can take off the gloves, leave their shoes on. 

A lot of these being hosted here, I am about to set a few of these up for some forestland properties as well.

No, and I am not sure I would spend my time viewing open houses on line.  A

nope, not going out unless I have to and an open house is NOT a necessity, even virtual.  

This could be a good thing.

The Open House function on MLS has been disabled for the Mid-Florida Regional MLS. That means agents will need to rely on resources other than the MLS to announce the event.  Agent may realize, they CAN gain an audience without the MLS and all the garbage that is imposed through membership. Now, if only BROKERS had an ounce of courage.

No.  I do not host open houses.  They are completely unnecessary in any market provided excellent marketing photos and video are made available.
