And if made by a celebrity, the context of not an expert and spot light grabbing means 'Don;t believe this."

And if definitive statements are made by officials such as If you have a pre-existing condition (ingrown nail) you are gonna die. from C-19" you know it manipulative fear mongering.

In context, no one believes what a real estate agent says because agents use the currency of Success Theater, Vanity Metrics and Surrogate Endpoints so extensively that what escapes to the public is deemed completely unbelievable.

Besides, the data (definitive)  associated with C-19 is just now being created. Everything is speculative. 

I would advise keep comments within the confines of common sense. Suggesting it's a bio-logical weapon may be creeping up on the border.

Stating the cause for Tumps change in referring to C-19 as the Chinese virus to 'invisible'  is the danger zone that would prove danterous.

We could revert to the 1980 attitude of the real estate agent who responded to every question with, "You should consult your account or attorney for advise on what is appropriate for you."  100% correct but 100% unsatisfactory for the one seeking.

Definitive statement ...anything a blowhard know-it-all vomits as expertise or just jibberish can be construed and used against them. 

Having spent nearly 20 years in the courtrooms I am aware of where it all can land, how it lands and why. Funny thing is when I try to warn or counsel others they find it not relevant. Those are the ones that pay in the end
