Richie,
Between this question and having enough AMMO, we are going off the deep end of things...I am not willing to go there! A

Required to have a certificate of operation?
When those who govn see this river of revenue potential, it is a thing of certainty.
Will sellers let buyer/agents into their home without a certificate of operation? Not sure what that means...but I advise...follow the money. And I imagine the listing agent will be encouraged by their broker to collect the 'Certificate of Operation" fee from the other agent. See, some things never change.
However, as soon as a visionary delivers a seller a viable alternative and agents have the COURAGE to resistant conformance, the owner will say "HELL NO" to entering their house.

Good question Richie Alan Naggar . My best guess is NO because government agencies are already over worked due to this insanity. Such action will only slow down commerce... not the virus.

I certainly hope it does not come to that and on the flip side, should households that want us to go in have one too?

So, in our area of Texas, nothing has been shut down on a state level. the counties however are another story. To my knowledge, the way our counties are closing down the businesses where people gather (restaurants, bars, clubs, gyms, Rodeo) is by suspending their health permits. It's not that some places are being required to have something to stay open, but rather that places where the public congregate are having the paperwork neccessary to be open that they already possess pulled/suspended.

I don't know how they're regulating it. So far we're not forced to stay at home (unless you're over 75 or 70 w/issues). Although I'm not seeing anyone enforcing it.
