Closed escrow today, so no. It's business as usual here, with precautions of course, but I was showing property today too.

Lost an admin yesterday, and more and more meetings being cancelled every day.
Will see how many show for the open house tomorrow.

The lastest email today was from the county recording office, asking escrow companies to please use electronic filings because they are worried about keeping their office open. This is going to be a day by day scenario but we have to problem-solve like crazy now to get the deals done!

The Denver area schools are now closed for at least 2 weeks, museums, rec centers are closed, and grocery stores are almost empty.

We had 4 deals close today with no issues. I anticipate the trickle down effect may make the answer to the question different 2-3 weeks from now.

SO far no delays in closing my pending sales, but showings and new listings have been cut 99%. My bank owned business is still chugging along slow but steady.

Joan,
So far we are blessed in this county, no cases reported. Everyone is taking precautions, and of course washing our hands for 12 seconds. A

I expect the outcome of this crisis is the challenge to analyze the cost of doing work remotely. The ones with the most to fear is the Dept of Education. Remote learning can accomplish what they accomplish for a lot less.
Meanwhile, with most corp business offices being shamed into closing, the mortar-less business becomes increasingly attractive.
If ones business has not already been affected it certainly will be.
