Without more data your best path is to pay zDevil.

You will come to realize the answer is not 'WHAT WORKS" but what is it that you or your team is unwilling to do.  There is lies the secret to what does and does not work.

Just formed a team? I would start with everyone taking the genius quiz and from that beginning you can roll forward with a better understanding of why we like what we like and exactly who needs to be on the team and why.
