It seems like the "smart" thing to do for anyone in business who wants to attract clients and others to "make it easy" for agents to refer.  Although pondering is a "do anywhere" and "do anytime" activity I still identify my area as I did when I was actively selling real estate.

Many times on AR it's just Florida - it's a pretty big state & that's all the info you're given. How about like just 'north of Mickey Mouse' or something like that?

Every website I visit very easily displays a map pinpointing the destination location. No need to hope readers know were Kirkland or Dunedin is located...the location is right on the screen in those websites that made it to the 21st century.
