I no longer look on the blog roll for things to read. I go to the featured section & start from there. Then people I follow.

Do comment in the Q's but that hasn't been much fun lately.

Oh, it varies and also depends upon what day of the week it is! I read more on Sundays but, a typical day is 30+ and I don't always comment.

Much of my reading time is 'on-the-go' time and I hate typing comments on my phone!

I read 20-25 on average. It's rare that I don't leave a comment if I've read a post (unless the author has disabled commenting).

3-5 is my daily average. Including if I start one and jump off it when the writing nose dives mid post and I decide to move on.

I really only read 3 per day start to finish and bail on 1-2 clunkers with a great title that gave me hope. I'm reading so many other articles from multiple subscribed sites these days, it's a wonder I get through 3-5 here.

I comment on all blog posts I read start to finish, but not on ones I jump out of as that wouldn't be fair to the author. I comment on far more questions than posts.

It really depends on the day, but not as many as Nina Hollander or Wayne Martin.  Id say more like 7-10.  I better get my act together!

zero -  too many market reports and things of no interest to me and my market.  I also stopped because of the featured posts being the same people over and over.  They could write about the Cow jumping over the Moon and it would be featured. 

I do read the Q & A each day and enjoy it more now that the points have been eliminated for nonsense comments!  Thank you for that.

3 to 5 some days, which I would give to the "average" and as few as none and as many as 15 if it's raining and I'm all caught up on everything else on my desk.  I used to AR in the evening, but my husband seemed to be gettin the short of end of that so I now close shop on AR when I leave the office most nights.

There is no "typical" day for me. I usually read blogs when I have "dead time" such as waiting for a doctor appointment or clients to arrive. I have fallen into the bad habit of reading the post but not commenting so I can read more posts and intend to go back later to comment, which does not work well.

If I have to give a number, probably 3 a day, more on weekends IF the subject is relevant and interests me. Long ago I started going first to the feature page blogs then to those I follow since the home page was being overrun by people posting way too many listings or market reports consecutively.

The other thing (besides lack of time) that has impacted my reading and commenting is the length of the blogs. A while back word came out that  Google likes long content, not sure of the number but I think a minimum of 500 words was mentioned. To me, that is way too long to read and comment. IMO a blog should be 200-300 words which is long enough to make your point but short enough to be read fairly quickly with time to comment.

I would LOVE to see the called shots feature brought back. Right now there are too many of the same people on the feature page every day and at times I have seen features with no comments...how can that happen? It's very discouraging to other members when the same people are featured over and over.

It varies by how much time I have on any given day. In general, I don't spend as much time posting, reading or commenting as previously because of I've been traveling and busy doing other stuff.  I do try to comment on every post I read and appreciate all the comments I receive on my posts. 

* My recent travels included meeting several Rainers in person which is super cool.
