nah, I'm a by the seat of my pants kind of girl.  I plan for noon at 11 am unless it's a scheduled appointment with a client or a closing.  As a broker I rarely know what my day will be until it's upon me.  I deal with who needs what when they need it in my office.

Successful planning is continual Joseph Doohan . I had set appointments as far as 6 months out when I was active. When you work in a community that includes an AFB you get buyers who may know far in advance that they will be stationed here.

In my current position as a loan closer/Notary Public my planning is by the minute. When a title company calls I jump.
