Undisclosed principal. In agency law, an undisclosed principal is a person who uses an agent for negotiations with a third party who has no knowledge of the identity of the agent's principal. ... As a result, the third party does not know to look to the real principal in a dispute.

Undisclosed principal - Wikipedia

An agent is not generally liable for contracts made; the principal is liable. But the agent will be liable if he is undisclosed or partially disclosed, if the agent lacks authority or exceeds it, or, of course, if the agent entered into the contract in a personal capacity.

Here in NH the principal only has to be disclosed if they are a licensed agent. Otherwise a buyer or seller can hide behind a trust LLC or corporation.
