I find the BOGO's at the local grocery, PUBLIX, makes the total shopping cart equal in price to The Walmart but the quality far superior.  Most are unaware Walmarts perceived cost saving is derived by demanding suppliers alter the product (usually reduce content) to make it appear the tooth paste cost less where the reality is you get less.
