No.  I'm in a good spot and have all my shopping done.  Will likely have a new listing come out the week after Christmas, so there will be some marketing work to do for that.  But I already have a few agents calling me weekly to check on it's status, so I suspect I might have an escrow to put together shortly after the new year (if not before).
