I do, in conjunction with other tools.  Extra exposure and some nice features.  Pound for pound though, I'd look into Listings Magic instead.  A LOT more features (albeit more money).  For what it's worth, I use and pay for both services.  Listings Magic automates with your MLS and does a lot of stuff for you.  Realbird you have to manually input each of your listings.

 

Realbird is $1 for the first month and you can have 3 listings on it for free.

I love RealBird for single property websites! They have decent lead gen and it's easy to text to prospects.

I use RealBird and love it but, I actually like Listing2Leads better . The SEO is phenominal with L2L - about 4 times the leads from L2L than RB and it's definitely affordable.

there are no negatives and I've been a pro member for about 10 years.....  we are listing agents and that's where I go first....Realbird.... to create a website for each listing....and then feature it there.....

I use it. It is fairly reasonable in price. It has a nice single property platform to share. I think it looks good in blogs. It is fast and easy to use. I don't use it to its potential but, I do use it. I can't say I've ever gotten a lead from it. It does generate some SOI. It is usually the 4th place I post my listings. I use it to post on AR. I also send it to my sellers so they can post it if they want to.
