Obviously, it's an iBuyer... what's the bottom line cost to your seller? If they are a registered broker with your MLS they don't have the right to interfere with your listing.

Tell sellers that they can submit an offer just like everyone else. When they see that the offer is probably close to 70% of fair market value, they'll get the message.

I don't know them, but I know the type!!  if they will buy the home, it's not for fair market value....by the time all the added costs are deducted plus the margin of error, you will have wasted your time and frustrated all the people involved..
