My broker recently replaced website with RealGeeks.  Talk to marketing rep, Gail Windle and get on her mailing list.  RG features and benefits are too exhaustive to list here.  Her mails are detailed and explanatory and their support is top notch.

i have spent well over 15k on websites the last 5 years and researched them all... I have a full custom word press site and a kv core lead gen site. for the money, I would honestly recommend that you go with the real geeks site.

If you're going to go with a company where you pay an ongoing monthly fee, Real Geeeks seems to be one of the better choices. Otherwise, you can have someone custom build one for you using wordpress , etc. In that scenerio, you'll have more things to keep up with like security, plug-ins, hosting, photography, changes like Gutenberg,c-panel, seo, video, social media links, mobile, google, landing pages, themes, etc, etc, etc. Choose one that you understand and are comfortable with using.

I think the best one is the one easiest for you to use and customize.  When I was active I used a website that was used by almost every other agent in town BUT I was able to totally customize it. Noone would have guessed it was a template.  I was able to keep it "fresh" by changing it up and linking it to all of my niche blogs.  I was the #1 Google ranked agent in my market for real estate.  You can't build a website and leave it. You have to work in it and on it.

I think the best website is (like a CRM) the one you are going to use ... market ... advertise ... amd make known on your business card, flyers, putting the URL on your sign ... even on your car  -- if you build it they will come. And when they do, be sure to follow up!

There are a lot of good web builders right here in the Rain ruby raymond . What ever you do I suggest that you stay away from any providers that require a one year contract.
