I've never followed any of them.... I have my own style and it has always worked well for me....and improved with every new thought.

I have been on a self-directed coaching program with Buffini for over a decade. It's all about working by referral, which is how I prefer to run my business.

I tried Tom Ferry... very unimpressed especailly for the cost. Heard nothing new.

I did Richard Robbins years and years ago and liked his approach quite a bit.

Mike Ferry in the day. Jeff Shore mostly for new construction on site sales.

I follow Buffini and Ferry but I have never joined their programs.

Tom Ferry but not the paid version. I get most coaching through Keller Williams if and when needed

Never used any, but saw my father have tremendous results with Mike Ferry.

I've checked a handful out over the years, but the only trainer I ever signed up with was Floyd Wickman. I didn't continue with his other programs. https://www.floydwickman.com/

I have not loved any of them.  For that reason, I will not state the many I have paid a ton of money to over the years.  

I have been a proponent of Ninja Sales for many years and still believe it is the best approach to creating a long time referral business. Probably much like Buffini  which I took way back in mid 90's. Ninja fits my style better.

5. Have learned from a few mentors and always been self-motivated so have not used any of them. We have a great training program at the brokerage but have been interested in Buffini.

We have two folks in my office who utilize coaching and do very well in their business.   I just joined Brian Buffini and will report back on what I think!  So, far it really seems to be exactly what I do anyway!!

I have taken the Keller Wiliams BOLD coaching program. It is excellent.

NINJA - fabulous! Finished that program and wanted to continue so, went with The CORE - also fabulous. 

What I love about both programs is that the coaches are actually high-volume agents who are still in the trenches and not only speak from CURRENT experience but, hold you accountable.

For me, both are huge - being active, busy agents and strict accountability.

No one some agents feel better with #2. Throwing $ away.
