You've got a good idea there. The association should offer it as an option for our continuing education courses. I'd pay $30 for it- what I pay for each continuing education course. 

I've got all the bases covered. It comes at a premium which I am more than willing to pay.

No but Docusign etc has all that taken care of fairly well. There are no longer any social sec numbers on our contracts. We even hide account numbers when taking copies of checks.

Probably should put on their website etc that there any been an intrusion and be careful about their name being compromised.  Some do not care, you call them they say that was 2 months ago.....

I have not. In a prior career, I was involved in acquiring insurance for the company. We explored/purchased insurance to protect against unauthorized access.  As a result, I gained some insight into the issue and prevention steps.

Yes annually.  There are many things we need to do- stop using Drop box. Erase saved files and erase the deleted files. Use encrypted email. Don't type or Fed Ex or snail mail anything with social security number and date of birth. Dont input your correct date of birth on all the idiot sites like Apple or Facebook that ask for it. Everything is hackable and its very easy. This inspires me to share some of the training FREE

Constantly learning and re-enforcing these techniques.

Yes, title companies are strong on this subject.
