Did a post here on it. It is being forced down our throats for some reason. I personally think it is too expensive for what you get. If you are not tech saavy then it might be for you.

The search they offer for your buyers brands your name on everything which is a good thing. That part is free. They make the $$ trying to sell you these extras which to me, aren't much.

We get HomeSnap Pro as a free benefit from our MLS. I like it. I don't rely on it exclusively nor do I advertise or purchase advertisement. But it is easy to use.

What I like about it is that if I am driving down the street and I see a new sign pop up, I can just open the app and it uses GPS to show you the property (and every other property in the neighborhood) with out having to search or input any data.

It even works in areas outside of your MLS, so if I am traveling and I see a house I am interested in I open HomeSnap and chances are the info is right in front of me. Easy, peasy.

They've been hounding me for months on end. I don't think much of it and I haven't heard any success stories from agents who tried them.

I plan to check this out soon.

Our company provides it but, I'm not sure of the value of it. Not really a fan.

HomeSnap has been around for a few years. It's pretty good. Since I have my own app, I don't really use it much anymore. Their focus is also selling you some social media advertising.

It is not available for agent pro in our mls but i like to use the consumer version. Very easy to use and buyers that I have spoke to love it. 

I would consider the Pro version and I like idea of including it as a piece of an agents marketing campaign. 

Been using it for a while and like it. I have them start a Facebook ad for every new listing and sale I have.

We got it through our MLS. I signed up then ??? We did not get a training or any info on it. I read alot about the upgrades here on AR, but have not heard anyone say run out and upgrade

Our BrightMLS uses it, I do not use the paid version , I find the mobile app useful when on the go.

I have free version. Don't really need it, and I'm not interested in paying for upgrades. You'll find that there are several companies that continuosly target real estate agents trying to sell them the latest technology gadgets, etc. Homesnap has been around for a while. just don't rush to buy any of it. next month they'll be trying to sell you something else, and on and on.

Our Association offers it. I have not paid for any of the ads they continue to market yo me.

Yep I have heard of it and I get emails from them constantly. I don't use it and can't say I have heard success stories yet.I'm not convinced it's something I should be doing.

A lot of agents around hear use it for staying in contact and providing market updates I personally don't have a use for it the FREE version doesn't seem very helpful at least to me. And the upgrade seems over priced to me. Maybe they have a trial you can use to see if it makes sense for you Thomas Hamrick
