Why would you be curious about that Peter?  What is your goal with the post?  What are you trying to achieve or accomplish with the post?

I doubt there is any search volume or competition for that search term.  Who includes the year behind a search like that? 

If I created a post How "much is my home worth in 2020" and asked people to search for that I'd bet it would come up on page 1.  

Why wouldn't it come up in geolocations ... it is generic. 

You wrote the post in February 2018 and changed the year to 2019. 

Search for the title of the original article in 2018 and it is nowhere to be found.
