Just to be clear, you want to re-create the same blog post on your website's blog?
If yes, what are you trying to accomplish by it?
If you are trying to rank it, you are better off writing a summary of it on a new blog post and linking to it. You could also write a blog post summarizing your best blog posts, and include the one in question there.
Also, this is important, go through your existing blog posts and every time you see some words related to the original post, link those words to it. Don't use the same words over and over, vary them.
By the way, Google does not care about dates on blog posts, these are too easy to fake, so Google does not use them at all.

Make sure you use the canonical url on your website. Many of the gurus, I mean true real SEO gurus, not self-appointed ones, say that Google does not penalize for duplicate content ... think of all the ways we syndicate and share content! Make sure Google knows the site/URL you want it to use as the authority link.
I prefer to share content on AR by writing a short paragraph or two introducing what I am sharing and linking to.
I hope this helps.

Why would you want to repost the post? It makes no sense. If google ranks it, it ranks.
So reposting is not your best option. There is NO duplicate content penalty so don't worry about that.
You should add to the article especially if the article is ranked.
You edit the article, with ***UPDATED***
and add content above the other content. This Google also loves.
Remember google loves long form content so the more you add to it the better.
I would spend my time repurposing the content- have some people re-blog it for you on their blogs.
Make a youtube video out of it.
Make a slideshare presentation out of it.
Post to FB, twitter, LI, etc.
Post to other real estate sites.
If it is that good, create a press release out of it.
And then LINK BACK to your original article from all those places.
And that is just the start on all that you can do with this article which will be much better than reposting the same thing again.

I spend little time guessing what the folks behind the G curtain are up to.
I would just add a new post and leave the old one alone.

Dario Ferreira has the right idea. As far as SEO goes, a post being 6 or 7 months old doesn't hurt. Interlink it in new content!! Honestly, that is the best way. Copying the content in a new post won't hurt you, but you will have to redo all your efforts to get this new one to rank. Better to put your effort in adding weight to your current content.

There are a lot of pro's here who can answer that better than I BUT I've always been told duplicate material hurts both the original and the re-post.

Try to resubmit this link see if the new date will show up. Try to create another one. One multimillionaire here got penalized for having too many blogs in her farm that look the same to the machine.
I understood ranking quite well. But Google no longer parses blogs from AR for realtors anymore. 3 years ago there was a AR pledge to hire SEO pro getting realtors names out there. 1 year later some of us could get 3 links. Since 2018 it just lists AR and your name shows together. They say the long tail key words will get the juice. But no one search realtors that way, I am afraid.
