Of the majority of coaching programs through the years, I would love that money back and a lot was spent.  The value seldom lived up to the hype of the program.  There IS value in trusted mentors, colleagues, attorneys - the operative word here is 'trusted.'  An agent who needs a coach to stay accountable may be in the wrong business.  Real estate is all about self-starters.

A business coach? Not at this time.

A mindset coach? Not at this time.

A fitness coach? Not at this time.

Why? Because the switch automatically goes off when a prospective coach starts down the well travel Micheal Jordan had a coach path.

When you've been in business through several economic disruptions an agent has pretty much seen it all (forgot much of it) and coaches are devoid of anything new.

What they bring to the table, for an experienced agent, is NOT COACHING but accountability. And hiring a boss is the opposite of why we fell into real estate.
