I work on weekends. There is no routine.

I like to go on AR 7 days a week.

Far as my work goes, I have the kids home on the weekend. I like to take time off to spend with family on the weekend. If I have appointments or work to do in the office my goal is to start later & end earlier.

I'm flexible on the weekends but, for the most part, only show when I have out-of-town relocation clients on Sundays (or show a must-see new listing for local clients). 

Every day has work involved and play involved. I think work/life balance is misinterpreted by people. make it what you want it to be and what gives you satisfaction.

  Saturday work.

  Sunday day off for Church.  On rare occasions (out of town clients) I will show property after lunch on Sunday.

It depends on how busy I am. If I have people wanting to see property I work. Sundays are the exception...nothing before 1:30 pm as we are busy with church things in the morning

Hi Morgan Taylor. I don't have any set 'routine' for weekends. My schedule is often dictated by others keeping family first. Hope you're able to keep your Sundays to yourself!

If I need to show - Mom will be over. :)

Weekends are hit or miss - I try to take them off just because my husband is also off.

When I was working I never had a routine.  I went with the flow of work but always found time for myself as time allowed. 

I take time when I need to or when it makes sense to take time off. This weekend I am head down working.  I have set a deadline for myself to complete XYZ before the end of the year. 

No work for me unless I include ActiveRain activities.

Emaiils most of the morning, work a site till 2 on Saturdays.

Saturdays are a mix of personal and business....

Sundays are 90% MINE... and in football season, the day is all mine...

Checking on a construction crew, helping a team member with an open house, then working all night at the homeless shelter.  Then enjoying a day of rest tomorrow before starting up with planning the new week tomorrow evening.

No set schedule- I work when I'm needed. Have to be flexible.

My day off is usually Saturday. I also have time for myself during week. You have to juggle when you have a family. 

Saturdays are usually busy in my NH market spring and fall. Summers and winters can slow depending on weather. This December has been crazy busy and I have worked everyone. I do like taking Sundays off but will take appointments if I am free or needed. I can take more time during the dead of winter and travel somewhere warm to a tiki hut 

Weekends often find me hosting an open house or showing houses to buyers.

Or...enjoying time away from the jov.

Depends on the season.  I find it's easier in winter to take a weekend day off, but in summer I try to have at least one me day, but it's not always on the weekend.

I take care of clients on the weekends, but I'm not working on building my business.

Sometimes, we take off, and sometimes we do not.  Our weekends can be on Monday and Tuesday at times.  It all depends.  Rest assured we get plenty of free fun time...A

My weekend work routine....

Everyday starts with a workout...no better way to start a day than with the promise the pain will stop.

What I do is highly dependent of the behavior of my device. If it is silent, I do interesting background work.

So what is 'me' time? Me time means to me having the openness to live in the moment, to live in expectation and heartbreak at the same time. For example, Thurs eve I attended a event at the Leepa Ratner Art Museum and the speaker shared a little thing was that was in reality HUGE.

In these late years of her life she realized she has finally arrived. Her articles of exhibition were accompanied by a placard showing:

That illumination in the moment was all 'me time.' To me the secret to 'me time' is simply staying available.

Every weekend is different. Some are mostly about me, some are mostly about work. This Saturday I showed six houses to one set of buyers then went to the town where my 3pm showing was. I had a 1/2 hour before then so I zipped to the grocery store, got out in plenty of time, checked my phone only to see the 3pm appointment canceled. So then went to get gas, some wine, went home and followed up on earlier showings, researched additional data, then grabbed hubby and went to friends house for way too much food and wine. Today is half work, half play.

I usually work Saturdays - a full long day so I can take Sunday off to get my personal stuff done.

Saturday is the one day I give myself to sleep in and I typically go to church on Sunday morning. Other than that, I don't have a rigid schedule for the weekend. I enjoy it as much as possible and work as little as possible (the life of a referral agent!)

Depends what's going on.  Between real estate, meeting trades people and side projects and outside deliverables there is always something to work on.
