I have asked many to go out after the closing. When the invite is for a bite to eat, drinks, etc they are usually too busy right after a big event like a closing. That's the usual response but I have had a few take me up on it & it's always fun celebrating a sale.

On those occaisions where they are moving in and needed some additional labor, carry-out is the option.

I don’t but we have agents in our office who do this to further the relationship and bond with the client.  They will take them out to dinner about a month after closing and then post the pics online.
