I do know the names of those under construction. Here in Pinellas County there are no less the 15 all age communites, not waterfront, that are rising from the ground at this moment. Pre-construction pricing, and like minded buyers are available. By the time construction is completed they will be 100% sold.

No, you can't find them in the MLS, but via local agents co-operating with the management.

Cristelle Cay in Fort Pierce is a brand new 4 story oceanfront condo with prices starting in the 700k range.

These are about the only NEW condo development that I know of in St Lucie and Martin Counties.
