I always use my cell phone for  photos of everything except homes....those are done professionally..... everyone in my family uses a cell for photos...

I take far more pictures with my phone than I ever did with my camera. But, on vacation, I use my camera 90% of the time - it just takes better shots!

       I belong to some "reunion groups" of two rock festivals that I attended in the 1970's.  Both of them had epic bands, several hundred thousand people in attendance, sprawled out over a couple of days.  The #1 lament we hear in those groups is, "I wish I had taken my camera!"

For most concert venues, cameras are prohibited. Seems that cell phones are in a 'gray area' regarding this rule.
