I make my own calls, and do my own prospecting, but I'm sure there's a company that does that.

I learned decades ago how to find listings.... direct mail marketing shakes that fruit from the trees.... EVERY MONTH...

Never bought leads. The caller has to be licensed!

Then there are 1,000 of virtual assistants who will make those calls. Be aware, in many cases the COMPANIES who provide VA for this purpose are offering career positions for folks in the Philippines.

But the broker who actually brings anything to the table will have staff who will perform this task for agents. 

I suggest developing a lead generation initiative that does not compel another to make cold calls.  Cold calling is grueling and has incredibly fast burn out. Warm, second touch calls are easy and you should make them yourself.

If I get a listing lead, I want to be the one to speak with the sellers - I'm going to gather data to put togehter a CMA & presentation tailored to them and someone else speaking with them doesn't help me be 'put together' when we meet.

Yes I have first hand experience with one right now.  I am currently using Mega Agent Pro but very unhappy with their appointments (or lack there of) as well as the amount of money that I have given them. 

Here are the details of my contract with Mega Agent Pro. 

- I pay them $1800 per month on a 12 month contract and a 15% referral on each closed sale. They guarantee me 25 closed deal in the 12 months. If they do not close 25 deal in the 12 months then they call for me for free until I reach my 25 closings

- I pay for RedX, which they use to get phone numbers. 

- They call locals fsbo's, expireds. This will aslo call any specific street or neighborhood that I want. The make a recording of every call with a potential customer. 

- Since I started in April they have set me 12 appointments (only actually met with 6 bc of poor qualifying on their part)  -- 1 listing which I just fired due to lack of showing availability. No closings. 

Here is my take on this investment. Mega Agent Pro is not working for me. But that does not mean that they will not work for you. Our area is tough bc phone numbers are hard to get. On the plus side, MAP is a professional company, they have kept me informed and management has acknowledged my concerns and working to increase their quantity and quality of leads. Time will tell but if I could go do it over, then I would not use them or anyone for that matter. 

It is my opinion that they would better serve an agent in a more densely populated area simply bc of numbers. I hope this helps, good luck!

 I recruited a bilingual lady licensed she asked $35 an hour and bonus work from her home.  I execused myself.

There are some offshore will do it $12/hr they need a US phone #.

You can always engage a telephone marketing company but be sure they operate within the laws where you are including pertaining to "real estate" rules DPOR etc

There are lead selling companies that will tell you that the will provide you with well-qualified, rinsed and washed leads.
