No, I only use one CRM. Infusionsoft is quite robust and it seems to work fine for my mailings both via email and snail mail.

MS Word and Excel (Office 365 family) are both awesome for mailing lists. If you run it with MS Outlook, you have one of the best power business tools ever. If you already have Office products - you are off to the races. Use the tools you already have. They have a few free online classes, I suspect thatv maybe you are not doing it right. In some towns where Microsoft has a retail store, they have free classes with a trainer in a demo room that can show you how to do this in not time.

My marketing assistant can run both email and hard copy mailouts in Office 365, takes her 30 seconds or less to set them up, and off it goes. I tired it once when she was off, it's the easiest thing in the world.

I've never heard of anyone YET successfully use both systems. The mail merge is where the system collapses.

Others are saying Buffini but they say his stuff works for everything including cleaning kitchen floors.

John- I'm in your same boat. I've used several CRMs and have even written a CRM of my own. NO, I'm not a programmer selling something. I'm a guy who became a programmer out of necessity and still, I don't have the elegant solution to recommend that does what you are asking for in a painless way.

I know of companies that sell something that could work, but they are enterprise solutions that don't have single user licenses.

For now, I just use MailChimp. It's easy and super affordable but it's not the CRM you are looking for. Your quest though, has me now looking at a couple of the operations and suppliers that others have mentioned here. I'm wishing you well and hope that you find something that allows you to be less the techie and more the efficient agent; isn't that what we're all looking for?

I use eEdge, mostly do email mailings but it does have the ability to send out postcards for me, and the prices for the cards are very reasonable.

John Mosier , to be clear, is this what you want?

A system that will store prospects names and physical mailing addresses with the ability to tag individual prospects, then according to the tags, you want to be able to print a specific letter and envelope customized for each tag and prospect.

Here is the challenge.

The best results, I mean, really best results, are realized if the names are edited to so they do not appear as a direct scrape from public sources.

It makes a big difference in response rates if the TO: reads Bill instead of William or Home Owner instead of 123 Mainstreet LLC or Miller Family instead of Miller Trust

You know everyone else is scraping. It is your choice to expose your database by sending your edited list to a Internet company to host.

However, if you choose to make your life easier, using a CRM like WiseAgent could be a great idea. They have affiliate/integrated companies that can send your letter or post card for a fraction of your real costs. (52 cents an address. I can't come close to that when I calculate cost for printing, labeling, stuffing then adding the postage. That is assuming I work for FREE!)

DO not use a CRM provided by your franchise or broker.

I run two crm and the holy spread sheet.

One crm is for old school real estate marketing like discribed above.

The other is committed to inbound marketing. This is the crucial step two for those who respond as you directed.
