I am leaning with Kasey & John Boles, with "in what way", but I do not think it is affecting our market much. I feel the large residential REITs are having a far larger impact on the market than an online rental site. I know my neighbors do not care to have one of the homes in the 'hood AirBNBing out a room all the time. The cars on the road are irritating and not a welcome nuisance.

More the hotel industry, than anything else. People are going to buy second homes for rentals regardless of if it's AirBnB or long term rentals.
