What is the percentage of likelihood that this similarly repeated questuoon  will be asked this long weekend? Hmm? Some will say never and may be quite adamant.  Others will answer based on certain situations. Still others will pursue dual agency as their modus operandi. I doubt we Wii need to wait until Tuesday before we see another example of what I believe is the incorrect reason for a question to be asked anonymously.

That really depends what you negotiate with the broker who hires you. It could be 50/50, 60/40, 70/30 or be 80/20. When you interview ask what they pay and what they offer. Also ask what the broker may charge, desk fees etc
