Besides this photos, there were a lot of "no-no"s in those photos on the link - a person in the bathroom mirror,the kitchen counter with paper towels/bottle/newspaper, several sofa pictures, a crooked and strange building photo.....

Someone needs to take a listing photos 101 class.

Someone took pictures and posted them on-line - period, Evelina Tsigelnitskaya.  This was not a professional photographer, as they are very detailed oriented and review duplicate pictures, for starters.  They would not focus on artwork, or have a TV on, or have a messy kitchen counter!  Many mistakes, that take away from this renovation.  And, some very specific features that are very subjective - you love them, but you are the seller and not the buyer - and they would not be easy nor inexpensive to replace!

Several observations are out of the ordinary. But 16th & 26th photograph is a violation by any MLS associations.  

All in all, sloppy photographies were taken throughout the listing.

If I did not take the photo and own it, I would be concerned about the copyright of the photo and the improper use of it. Imagine you are the listing agent and you stumble upon this.  What would you do?
