Reblog or don't reblog.  Personally, we rarely re-blog.  It is NOT because we are worried about more SEO for them and less for us.  We just do not have the time to do that also. I appreciate when someone reblogs our posts as they are exposing our posts to their followers.

A reblog every day is a good way to pay it forward to to earn some additional points.
