I believe Thomas J. Nelson, Realtor, ePRO, CRS, RCS-D uses Matterport on his listings. As far as getting them on the MLS, in my area you would need to host these on your website and provide a link to them in the MLS. Out here it's in the "Virtual Tour" section.

I have used the 360 camera and uploaded to a private FB page but, mine are really for inspections, etc.
I don't know how to upload it to MLS (nor would I - mine are not good quality at all)! Good luck, Melvin!

Our MLS (Paragon) has a link for Virtual Tours. This is in addition to the slide show of the 36 still photos.
You can add Matterport or Movavi or other 360 degree tours onto the listing input page. You can add up to 3 virtual tours to a listing. See photo below.

Our MLs will allow URLs. If the photos are in JPG format they will probably load like regular pictures but could be small looking because the size will be so wide as compared to height. Check the format.

Have not used it, but I think with many modern cameras you can do plenty of 360's on your own.

The mls is not always tech friendly for new things. I use my social media to post my 360 pictures and get exposire for my listings

I have never been impressed with 360 interactive tours... and I've found that many home buyers don't care for them.

I agree with Ryan Huggins - Thousand Oaks, CA - they need to be hosted and a link provided in the MLS.

We have and did not use the M___t system. There are alternatives, but it takes lots of learned skill and specialized equipment. We own a 360 camera system. Publishing is required on a subscription service based on the UK

I have used Matterport - however I only provide the link to someone after they have visited the home so they can look at it again. Matterport quality is not as good as the professional photography we do, and I believe it gives people a chance to rule out a home they might otherwise visit. If you would like to see an example of a recent luxury home we sold using the technology go to - http://scottsdalehome.forsale/matterport .

I do use Matterport and they are loaded via link on my MLS. The 360 Tech is too "grass roots" right now, I'm not using it due to challenges with both the tech of the 360 and the MLS handling it.

We have a variety of options for uploads to the MLS but if yours does not have you considered creating a video from the images and posting it to various video sites.. then creating and sharing the iFrame of the video to a blog post here? Melvin Nimer

Thanks to everyone that has posted. Got some really great ideas and now working with our MLS people to see how we can link some pics.

The photographer whom we use provides 3D photos using Matterport. Clients love it! We make it available to all who inquire about one of our listings.

I've not used them. They could be uploaded as a Virtual Tour on our MLS.
