If it's inexpensive and it is going to kill the deal, then, by all means, let the sellers know. Otherwise, per the Contract, it's sellers' right not to repair and it's buyers' right to walk.
That said, many sellers WANT to leave their homes in great shape and would be disappointed that you didn't tell them about the minor thing that the would have been happy to take care of it.

Let me see if I got you straight. Your contract does not provide for repairs. Either take it or cancel, that's the void only thing? I know you can't answer me without outing yourself; you can message me and tell me if I'm wrong.
You received a copy of the home inspection report and it shows some minor repair issues. Should you bring that up to the buyer's agent?
No. If you're the seller's agent, your job is to not leave your seller's money on the table. It's buyers agents's responsibility to provision the contract they submitted. If they didn't, and the buyer signed off on it you're off the hook. Don't put your seller back on.
Let me know how I did. I'm usually like a C+ student if I show up. 😈

Sounds like someone may want to renegotiate after the fact.
Yes, it would be nice if the sellers take care of the inexpensive repair items.
Yet, we all know, per the contract, the seller does not have to.
Hopefully, the parties will do the sensible thing. You know, what makes sense that won't kill the transaction.
Why poke the bear if it does not make sense to do so. What would be gained by saying something to the agent? Submit the written request to the seller and let the seller make their decision.

Geeze... what's going on? Are you being charged by the letter?
So, if I'm reading your shorthand properly: The offer to purchase contained a HI (Home Inspection), that allows the buyer to VOID (cancel the contract, or go forward... no repairs). The inspection turned up a minor inexpensive issue, and the buyers really don't want to cancel, so the BB (Buyer's Broker) has said to you as an aside "gee, it would be really nice if your sellers would fix this anyway." Have I got this right?
And you're asking if you should tell your sellers? Yes, of course you should tell your sellers. The buyers don't appear to be cancelling, but they're asking if you'd "like" to make that minor repair. We're under no obligtation to do so. What would you like to do?
Sometimes, in order to keep the transaction going along smoothly, with good will on both sides, it's worth throwing a nickle at the deal. But the decision is entirely up to the seller.

It depends if the cost of the repair is less than the cost to the seller of putting the property back on market, waiting for a new buyer, and waiting for the new buyer to close.

I might play dumb and confused and ask, but depending on what the issues were and how serious they might be for a subsequent buyer, I would likely suggest the seller get some or all of them done or handle them myself.

No clue about HI and that that is. Home inspection? Buyer can ask for repairs but it's all negotiable, at least here in Cali.

I'm with Debe. If it's minor and it would kill the deal otherwise, I'd talk to the seller about taking care of it. I also might ask the BB why he/she chose that option over repair or void. Between the two, I'm sure we could work something out to make the deal close. I never like losing a deal over minor things.

VOID only option? No such thing in my experience...
Every time the buyer threatens to walk, the seller fixes the problem.

I have to assume what's in the contract stands unless something small jeapardizes the transacation and does the seller really want to do that.
Not for nothing, but it should require a transalator to figure out your question... I had to read it three times to decipher.
