It's a great idea and I think it's been suggested in the past, but it doesn't appear AR is interested in maintaining the functionality of the site much less making Upgrade and Improvments but would be nice.

Great idea. I interact with the developers at our MLS and can tell you this is a big project requiring many man hours. So many things in development tie together and requirement layering and months to write. That said it is still a great idea.
