I love my home now, but if I had to move it would probably be to my own private tropical island the size of Maui.  Just me on there and some friends.  A big rifle and handgun range and a 300ft yacht with a small yacht docked inside and a helicopter pad (so I could fly to it from my house).  You know, something basic.  LOL!!!

I like too many things. I have lived in a home that I loved but I sold it. Homes to me are investments. I've moved many times.

I like the beach, I'd like somewhat of a yard to see the beach. I like a good sized kitchen with a giant island.

I am not in my ideal home. As i search for a new home now, my new home will be new construction. My musts are big kitchen, comfy dining area. Large family room where i can get away from the rest of the house. Part in home office but entertainment mecca. It has to have a large garage, a basement i can finish and a large yard. The rear facing Southwest with room for a heated inground pool. I want a smart home but not one that will spy on me.

I like my current house, but my ideal house will be a little different.  For one thing we'll have a basement in our next house and another is the master closet will have a door to the laundry room.  Just things I wish I'd done here and we're buying a 5 acre lot and live on one acre now.

I love my home and wouldn't want to live anywhere else unless I could hear the ocean.  An ocean front property with nice waves and a direct walk from my door on the beach about thirty feet to the ocean would be incredible.  An ocean location with no chance of flooding or hurricane is essential.  Average annual temperature of eighty degrees with a lowest of 73 and highest of 85 would be perfect.  Kauai on Poipu Beach might work but then again flooding and hurricanes do occur.  I'd put up with it there though.
