 Since you are in Houston, Champions School Of Real Estate has location all over the Houston area.

If you do not know how to do an internet search for the answer to this question I wonder how far you can go in todays tech heavy real estate sales environment.

Dr. Google to find something for your price range. I believe most schools offer all formats.

I would look up the information for the Texas Real Estate Commission on line. By the way, I doubt there are pdf courses.

I would google it, you may want to also.

I don't have a clue.

The TX Real estate Commission is a wealth of knowledge and information. Another way to go about it is to look up “Real Estate” or “Real Estate School” and give one of those numbers a call to get more information on the process.

Getting the license is the EASY part.

However, it may be a reality that such a license may be an encumbrance to your business goal. Does your business plan detail that your intent is to acquire distressed real estate, update and sell or hold?   Or have to decided to work for tips as a real estate sales agent under the supervision of a broker?

Having a business plan, BEFORE you start your business is a good idea.

Just from the observation of your name, I suspect there could exist a significant horizontal market for you to tap that may welcome your unique skills. But you will need a plan.

Statistically, those agents who start without a plan...well 90% never see their 2nd year anniversary.  They leave defeated, $10,000 poorer and very like owe the IRS some money and are convinced the failure was their fault.

I suggest you have a chat with an investor, independent broker, franchise broker and any real estate agent you can corner, and ask about how this business REALLY works. You will come to realize, you either need deep pockets or an executable plan. Proceed knowing the cost and your physical, skill, and experience capability.

Check with the state licensing bureau for confirmation as to acceptable course work!
