NAR membership is usually required to have MLS access. You will need to pay high dues for the local, state and national groups.

If it is NAR yes i belong and yes i wish i did not have to. They waste our money, charge too much and do not look out for our best interest. i.e. selling teh domain Realtor.com and the lastest logo flap are 2 examples
