I think it should be simplified. There is lots of information and it could confuse a buyer. Maybe 2 webinars would be preferable.

That would probably be very interesting for many.  I could probably show them all of that without taking 40-60 minutes.  I agree with Nina Hollander , though, that that is too much for one seminar.  Perhaps a series of shorter webinars?

  Overpaying in a bidding war... we don't have that problem in Tallahassee, so N/A.  Total loss of rent vs. own is an interesting topic.

Not really. My experience is that most people think very short term. Trying to convince a buyer that they are saving money by overpaying for a home sounds like an awfully hard sell.
