I have looked into this and the leads. They require a 15% referal fee and a minimum rebate of 10% back to buyer or seller. With 25% of an agents commission gone before you start, the cost does not warrant the investment

I have no idea who or what this whole thing is about...It sounds like they do not know what they are talking about.  Your link does not work by the way.

         I cannot discuss commissions or fees with other Brokers.  But I will say that "Guarantee" is a dangerous word...  be careful!

The marketing is projecting the mindset of the marketeer i.e. confused

If consumers want to earn money in real estate they have two choices in my mind: invest, or get a license. Ask your doctor CPA or attorney to rebate some of their fee and see how that works. It disappoints me that agents are willing to, as a condition of doing business. I'm not talking about giving a great deal to a repeat client, but rather consumers whose primary objective is to find an agent willing to pay them to work for them. People that shortsighted are not my demographic, and agents willing to bend over are pathetic and do nothing to elevate our industry.

Sounds like "you could save a few thousand, but if only if you use one of our agents.  If not, we'll give you $300".

When I need something, I don't bite on the first ad I see. I look to see if I can save money through other options.

For example, this month, if I buy a new Epson printer I can receive a rebate of $150 or $250 dollars. Both are correct.

Actually it is in my area. There are so many of these around here. Zillow, Trulia was conceived at PA. DocuSign, Uber, Lyft, Dropbox..... One way or others they will such up your life savings...

Does it matter? You can build a very good (and free) profile that is good for brand awareness, regardless if you get actual leads from the site or not.

It reminds me of an agent in town that was advertising a sales position with a base salary of $250,000 + commissions. I finally inquired about it after a month of seeing the ads. He told me it was $25,000. I sent him the ad. He contact the company writing the ad and it was corrected that day. He had no idea, and I didn't get a sales job with a base salary of $250,000 + commissions.

Just that screams for me: do not touch in any possible way!
