Hi Paul - I try to not get too high or too low but to stay informed, listen carefully and "show up" everyday.  I admit that some days end up being everyday better than others and I tend to look at life as trying my best each day. Hopefully I end up with more "wins" than "losses" in this game.

I find there is not much time to enjoy the view from the top when so many are lining up to bring you down. No not personally, but a bad appraisal, a bad inpection and those things i can not control. So the moral is when i feel like i am on fire, i am still looking aorund for the flames.

I had that kind of day yesterday when I pulled in a razzle dazzle on an appraiser appointment.  What I showed comping out at $445K, I was able to get to appraise for $465K.  The appraiser bought my razzle dazzle.
