the time is NOW for a virtual assistant.... I AM my teammembers' assistant... but those who are beating the pavement without an assistant would be wise to speak with one.... Katerina Gasset is one who offers that service...

I have not, but an agent in the office does and he swears by it. The VA is in FL I believe and they take care of all of his weekend stuff and keep him organized from what I have collected when speaking with him.

I have and I opted to hire locally and couldn't be happier!

I do not use a VA.  I do what needs to be done. It gets done when it needs to be done and it gets done correctly.

For our property managmeent company yes.

This person answers the phone for all rental inquiries, sets up showing times, and handles the maintenance along with a person on the ground here.  Also she processes applications, verifies backgrounds, etc.

Tried it twice, both times was not happy with the results.  

One from let's just say 'out of the country' was a total disaster. Canned them & they were recommended.

Other place I investigated I needed a 'retainer' for services plus a giant 10 page contract. I declined on that.

I have had 3, all the same, do things at the last minute, and I can get them done quicker.

Our Team utilized an off-shore virtual assistant for a while. Perhaps we never learned how to make that work to our best advantage, but we no longer have that relationship.

I have and I couldn't be more pleased after hiring locals and not getting results. Actually my VA is the reason I'm on active rain now. Hey is always making suggestions And trying to improve my business everyday by making suggestions and doing work that I just cannot get completed during the day. I highly recommend

Yes... many years ago... and did not find it helpful. But that doesn't mean I'm closed to the idea of doing it again at some point in the future.
