I would not tell the agent anything. The agent has told me more than I need to know about the agent.  Nuff said. Next.

I would not waste time telling them anything.  It would be in one ear and out the other.  I will say if it was an agent I sponsored I would un-hire them.

Anything you say will sound just as tacky to the public and they already have a low opinion of us.

I'd move on to more important things that make more sense.

Definitely not something a professional agent should post. I post listings and sales of FB but never respond or give opinions on real estate subject. Just not professional IMHO.

But, if the fate of the world depended on me taking action....what I would do is approach this agent from a tangent.

"DO this with me. This stance. It's called the power pose. There you go! Stand just like this, both of us, for three minutes."

"Don't you feel it? The confidence and courage building just from striking the power pose. Feels great. Makes the world look different."

"We can speak from a position of security, of abundance instead of insecurity and scarcity. Doesn't that seem to you to be a better way?"

Half the battle of interviewing and selecting agents is separating the idiots from the promising... No interview would be necessary here.

Here's an agent that will not be having any kind of relationships with other agents in the area.

It i horrble to place in any online setting especially facebook, yet many post every part of their life and thoughts. A sure way to lose business

From a buyer agent. I have similar ones in mine. People did not bid high enough and blamed on the listing agent. Sorry I can only sell to one person often the highest offer and cleanest contract.
