How good is the one you're waiting for? When you're good, you're busy! If you need to move on, move on.

It's your call but it certainly seems "time enough" has passed.

I generally contact several from the start, nice to have choices and it weeds out those who are slow to respond.

I'm only patient for so long. In your case, after 2-3 days I would move on. Take it as a sign. 

No way i'd wait for 3 days. Maybe 3 hours max.

if someone hasn't responded in 24 hours (unless it's a weekend) then I move on.  I recently had someone call me about a referral... the house was pending. I had called them WEEKS earlier.

I'm with Fred Griffin on this.  One business day, especially if the need is urgent.

I'd only wait maybe 2 business days. I'd say it's fair to move on.

I generally wait 2 business days depending on the circumstances. You have tried to contact them 3 different ways, they have not responded so I would move on.

Unless there is some reason or cause beyond their control 3 days is enough... I would look at other options

Move on. I usually wouldn't wait that long unless I'm not in a rush and I was told they're the best. 

I'd turn to other options fairly immediately.  The person who referred the service provider opened the door; the service provider failed to walk through it.

In the world of service providers there is rarely only one choice. I'll be changing SM dashboards and will have not less than 3 to entertain.

The provider you have contacted has given you a hint of what your future may hold. Move on. Clearly the left hand and right hand are attached to different bodies. Hmmm, sounds a lot like a real estate agent TEAM.

But, as a business owner yourself, you would appreciate knowing where all your customers are disappearing to.  Maybe,  this owner is unaware there's a problem. 

You have already waited to days too long. Time to go to plan B.

I'm with everyone else.  I'm not sure I actually "time" it... but I would hope for a same-day response (depending on what time I actually reached out)... but if I don't get a response by the next business day... I'm already reaching out to others.

It ain't personal... it's bid-ness.

I personally think if you don't get a return call in 24 hours, NEXT!
