Helping people...challenges vary all the time.

The look on my clients face when they close on their dream home or net a boat-load of money on the sale is the most rewarding.  The most challenging part is dealing with other agents who don't communicate or don't know what they are doing.

When I was actively listing new construction, the most rewarding was helping the buyers and usually their agents to select the right lot and design a home to be built on it.... I don't remember any truly challenging parts of my career....

By far the most rewarding is helping people and finding ways to make their goals happen... it feels great.

Most challenging for me has always been self-promotion and bringing in new clients

The best part is depositing the commission checks.

Helping people and getting paid for it is the top.  Working with some dishonest people is the most challenging.

I love the opportunity of creating very lasting strong warm relationships with clients:  the challenge is similar, some clients can be very hands full....

Most challenging - putting a twist on property write-ups in a limited amount of characters & spaces so they don't sound like the same old, same old property descriptions!
