Consider yourself lucky to be fired... unrealistic sellers are time wasters.

Next time insist on a price reduction long before you get to 150 showings.

Unfortunately, some sellers think that pushing you around is going to cause prospective buyers to overpay for the property.  The seller wants a price that is unavailable to him or her.  You've worked hard to get the property excellent exposure, buyers showed up and didn't respond the way the seller wanted them to, so you're fired.  As others have said, let go and spend your time on clients where successful outcomes are possible.

Move on.

While we often have a predisposition to blame other for our failures, sometimes it is our fault. If you have tried everything that you think you could in order to be successful, perhaps the seller/owner was the problem.

Review your actions. Decided what you might have done differently. Move on!

You didn't say no offers just no offers the seller liked but with 150 people seeing a property with the current seller's market and the offers weren't good enough points to two things being most likely.

The property doesn't show well

and or the seller is being unrealistic

Looks like a duplicate question ... maybe because AR is slow today. 

Thankfully things like this do not happen often. They do happen. Know that you did your best. You had a "difficult" seller with unrealistic expectations ... love yourself, let it go, move on.

A bad floor plan is always difficult, so don't beat yourself up about losing the listing.  At least you got your face in front of 150 buyers!  Use that to your advantage and move on.

Sometimes a good deal is getting out of a bad deal.

Unfortunately, this is a part of the business.  Move on to a better listing and a more reasonable seller.

Consider it their loss - learn from the experience by asking yourself the 'whys' and move on. If it's 'them' and you had one single red flag, remember that next time you see that red flag.

If it's you and you could have marketed to a different buyer, do that next time.
