I have personally used bespoke only a couple of times but, never triple mint. It's funny how different markets even seem to use a totally different vocabulary, isn't it?!

I've seen some crazy words (some made up and not creatively or even intentionally) but I've never seen either of those in MLS. I'm not sure some of the licenseees in my area even would know what they mean.
Triplemint makes me want a stick of gum. Or three.

Not in my market... but in NYC XXX Mint was used all the time and people knew what it meant. They don't here. As for bespoke, I don't think I've ever seen this word used in relation to a house... just clothing.

        I wrote  a post  last week,   "What do those wonderful descriptions in real estate advertisments really mean?"    I went back and added these two words, thank you!

     We are not hearing them in Tallahassee yet, but I'm sure they will drift up here soon enough, like everything else from central or south Florida.

Oh yes I've heard the word "bespoke" at the Bentley/Rolls Royce dealerships and in their literature. Never heard of either word in the description of real estate before.
