Facebook rental sites. Once the close is close, perhaps within 10 days, I'll bring in the Property Management Company to make sure it doesn't sit vacant.

A sign in the yard, put it in MLS, and post to rental inquiry sites. MLS will allow distribution to multiple homes websites. It's surprising home many are rented just from the sign in the yard.
