There's no reason not to. An aunt is a pretty close relative, even if it's not specifically included. I'm an aunt to a couple of people I might as well be a mother to. There's definitely a bias.

when I was actively listing property, I disclosed everything that could cause a potential buyer to change his/her mind about buying.... and I've never been to court or had any issues... I like to sleep at night.

I have disclosed down through cousins twice removed.  I would probably disclose any level of blood relation and blood relation of a spouse.

not licensed in Maryland, and not an attorney but it seems that the language you included of "the REALTORS®'s spouse and their siblings, parents, grandparents, children, grandchildren, and other descendants." would include an Aunt as an "other descendant" of a parent or grandparent.

Our state law requires we must disclose "first degree of consanguinity" (parents, spouse, or child); however, I don't know of anyone getting into trouble for over dislcosing.
