My website is for me and my company only.  Besides, I wouldn't want to be tied to an under performing lender due to a contract for advertising.

I equate that to placing a lender on my direct mail marketing postcards... I wouldn't want to distract from the main purpose of the marketing .... to promote the team and their inventory ....

Seems like a situation that could get us in trouble with the feds.

I do not have a page for loan officers... I like to match up my loan people with the right clients. And I don't want to be beholden to any firm just because they pay for your site.

    I don't want anyone else on my site, not even trusted lenders.  Too many issues could arise.

I've thought about it, but most of my clients have their own lenders. I also really don't want to have to "push" my lender, feeling an obligation, because he/she advertises with me.

I'm not sure I want having lenders on my website.  So far no lenders ever ask whether I want to be on tehir website, either.

I do not.  We have a variety of loan types for a variety of property ownership that is sort of a one lender per kind of thing.  So no, all my eggs are not aligned in the same basket on the loan officer front.

When I started in the business I did market my lending partner on my website. This was before WordPress.  There was no contribution from the lender.  

I no longer do that. If people need a lender they can contact me and I will direct accordingly.  

While I have a lender I regularly refer buyers to, I don't put his info on my site. He works with several agents. God forbid I should put his info on my site and he refer them to someone else.

I have not done that. The only thing that I've done is partner for marketing pieces or mention them in a post.

I am very selective with my recommendations, and that includes matching the consumer with the lender who I know handles the products that specific consumer will need.

Heck no, way to alienate the other local lenders even if one does get more deals from their local reputation. Deal with local banks works best in community relations and to support the local economy. Blog posts that list them all, lending tool on mortgage rates that showcases all of them! Don't have ads on the youtube channel or any other platform. Pick up the tab for your website but promote them all as options. We have a lot of gypsy lenders, title companies though making regular visits with smiles and tasty food.

I don't partner on my site with any one lender. I have several that I recommend and unless they are all going to contribute, which might not be a bad idea, I don't want to offend the others if one does.
