I talk about this all the time, people speak badly most of the time & I just don't care to correct them.

I didn't know there was an option.  I did a quick check, and it appears that because of the way it is commonly pronounced Feb-u-ary is so common the dictionary started including it?  If they are, it's dumb because lots of words are pronounced differently than their phonetic spelling.
